The Basso Tera Urban is the first performance-oriented touring and gravel bike on the market that uses a material mix for the frame and is equipped with a semi-suspended rear triangle. In this way, the best properties of two materials have been used to create a bike that can be used to set out for new horizons.

The Tera frame is made of aluminum and comes with a carbon fork and rear triangle. The bike is compatible with the 1x and 2x groupset. The bike is designed to be packed with multiple bags for longer tours and has mounts for up to four water bottles.

When developing the carbon rear triangle and fork solution, great care was taken to deliver an extremely reliable structure that is not only vertically compatible, but also laterally effective and reactive. Thanks to the fixed pivot point on the crank, the bike has 8 mm of travel at the rear, allowing it to absorb shocks and vibrations well. This has a great impact on the body in the long term.

The Basso Tera Urban is equipped with a complete SRAM Apex 1x groupset, flat handlebars and a BassoTera handlebar stem with semi-integrated cable routing.

The Microtech MX 25 wheelset scores points with an inner tire width of 25 mm, an asymmetrical profile and a tubeless-ready design. The hubs, also from Microtech, are made from a forged aluminum alloy. They are also CNC-machined and have a conical profile and a medium flange.

This makes this bike a real hooligan for anyone who likes to travel far and with luggage. This bike masters tough roads masterfully, while the damping prevents the body from being ready for anything afterwards.
