YES, I scratched the Gruppo, COMPLETELY minor in terms scratching, it is 110% PERFECT Gruppo and DUAL SIDE POWER METER WHICH IS BASICALLY hundreds of dollars in additional cost typically. In fact, I have the EXACT same gruppo on my NO22 and if the only thing stopping you from buying is the scuff on the crank:
