Juliana is Santa Cruz's women's specific sister brand, and the Joplin is essentially the women's equivalent of the Tallboy. The Joplin is comparable to the Ibis Ripley, the Yeti SB120, the Pivot Trail 429 and the Specialized Epic 8 EVO, to name a few similar bikes currently on the market.

With the frame being size Small, it is an ideal bike for a lady rider that is 5'1"-5'5" in height.
