We do not accept returns for the following: The bike size is correctly listed but doesn’t fit; the bike’s stated condition matches the signs of use on the frame and components; the bike’s delivery is delayed; the bike has visual defects that don’t pose a safety risk.

  • Repairs

    In certain cases, you’re entitled to repairs. If applicable, we’ll offer a discount for repairs by a service shop, or cash compensation. These include: Damage during transport; damage not evident in the sales ad; or the bike doesn’t match the ad's stated condition. Read our return policy

Rarely used. My daughter did some skills training on the bike between XC racing. It has less than 600 miles on it. A paint scratch is on the top tube from transit in a van (bike on bike) - see picture. This is cosmetic and not from a crash
