Ruut - the first line of gravel bike models in the world with variable geometry, which was born from the need to have a truly versatile machine. Thanks to well-thought-out solutions, we have the possibility of bikepacking, doing long distances and rides with sports characteristics.

At Rondo, we all like to compete - we ride fast, we race - but we don't need a bike for the CX world. What we expect from a ram bike is the ability to go fast and far - especially on bumpy roads. After more than two years of work, we've come up with a solution that we think is the best choice for real riders.

The Ruut Al was built on a new, even more beautiful aluminum frame. We used custom hydro-formed tubes in the front triangle and flattened in an "S" shape in the seat-stay for more comfort. The wide and elegant tube routing near the center of the bottom bracket, provides additional lateral stiffness. The new frame features ample tire space, reduced weight and a bridgeless seatstay with fender mounts. The Ruut Al 1 is equipped with a slimmed-down TwinTip 2.0 fork with FLY technology with additional accessory mounts. Components on this model include a heavy-duty Sram Apex 1x drivetrain and FSA crankset. The bike rolls on stiff Rondo aluminum wheels dressed with our favorite WTB Nano or Schwalbe G-One Bite tires in size Xs.
