Further Information
I’m parting ways with my Canyon Lux because I’m just not riding MTB enough to justify it. Only got out 15 times last year so it’s time for this bike to find a new home!
The Lux is a ton of fun. It’s really an XC dream build if you ask me. Somewhere in the ballpark of 24-25lbs, this thing is made for breaking PRs. Consider it a gravel bike with flat bars and a huge lift kit.
100 mm travel front and rear. Remote lockout for both shocks. 60 mm DT Swiss dropper post. Reynolds black label wheels laced to Industru Nine Hydra hubs.
The rear wheel has been recently rebuilt. I had the freehub body replaced a year ago and just recently (20-25 miles of riding) had to get the rear wheel rebuilt with a brand new rim and spokes by the factory (a rock must have kicked up and hit the rim sidewall). These wheels are super fast and weigh less than the wheels on my road bike.
The Hydra hub has 690 points of engagement, meaning it’s always ready for you to apply power.
I’ve also installed a brand new cassette and haven’t even ridden it since putting it on: SRAM XG-1299 xx1 10-52 rainbow finish.
