In 2021 I bought the frame set and built the bike myself. Before assembly, the frame was professionally wrapped completely in red (original color is mint green). In addition, the red foiled frame was then completely secured with transparent stone chip protection film. The frame was/is completely protected the whole time and is therefore in top condition. All in all, it looks great in red and is an absolute eye-catcher. Minor imperfections are of course inevitable in this sport. The Rockshox Zeb Ultimate has also been painted red. Equipment: Suspension fork: Rockshox Zeb Ultimate 170mm (got a complete service at Rockshox last fall) Shock: FOX DHX2 (came in new last summer). 165mm rear travel. Shifting: Complete Shimano XTR 10 gears Brakes: Magura MT7 front and rear. Brake disks from Hope 203mm. Handlebars and stem: Renthal. Carbon handlebars Wheels: Rear Syntace W40i 29 inch / front Roval Traverse 29 inch tires: Maxxis DHF and Maxxis Assegai downhill tires (double carcass) with Maxxis Freeride tubes (not a tubeless fan). Seat post with height adjustment (height adjustment via a handle directly on the saddle) Pedals: Crankbrothers Stamp 7 The bike works perfectly and is also super quiet. Nothing rattles, nothing rattles. A pleasure to ride.
