We do not accept returns for the following: The bike size is correctly listed but doesn’t fit; the bike’s stated condition matches the signs of use on the frame and components; the bike’s delivery is delayed; the bike has visual defects that don’t pose a safety risk.

  • Repairs

    In certain cases, you’re entitled to repairs. If applicable, we’ll offer a discount for repairs by a service shop, or cash compensation. These include: Damage during transport; damage not evident in the sales ad; or the bike doesn’t match the ad's stated condition. Read our return policy

I'm selling it because I will start a bike lease instead through my employer.

Connect and AdaptivePower options included. All tools (Allen keys etc.) supplied by Cowboy are included. Luggage rack and Cowboy stand installed.

1170km travelled.

Purchased in "Circular" from Cowboy in "Excellent condition" in February 2023. Cowboy warranty for circular bikes at the time was 2 years. This leaves almost 10 months of Cowboy warranty. The receipt is in the pictures.

FYI: on the Cowboy website, Classic (the Cowboy 4 renamed since the release of the Cruiser) "Circular" bikes now have only 1 year of warranty.


It hasn't had a full service this year: just a necessary relubrication of the pedal box in April 2024.

I also have an extra new part received from Cowboy that was not used during maintenance (just a regreasing was necessary as mentioned above) that I would give you. It's a "BB Housing set". It can always come in handy!

Acheté en ”Circulaire” chez Cowboy en ”Excellent état ” en février 2023. La garantie Cowboy pour les vélos circulaire à l'époque était de 2 ans. Il reste donc presque 10 mois de garantie Cowboy. Le reçu est parmi les photos.

Pour info: sur le site Cowboy, les Classic (le Cowboy 4 renommé depuis la sortie du Cruiser) ”Circulaire” ont maintenant seulement 1 année de garantie.


Il n’a pas eu d’entretien complet cette année: juste un regraissage nécessaire au niveau du boitier de pédales en avril 2024.

J’ai aussi une pièce neuve en plus reçue de Cowboy qui n’a pas servi lors de l’entretien (juste un regraissage était nécessaire comme mentionné ci-dessus) que je peux vous donner (gratuitement). Il s’agit d’un “BB Housing set”. Ça peut toujours être utile!
