It's time for me to part ways with my beloved bike that has been by my side for many years and has never disappointed me. It's a 1992 Trek Multi-Track 7900 Hybrid. The last series of frames cast and made entirely in the USA before the frame assembly and construction line moved to Taiwan.

The frame is made of aluminum with extraordinarily clean welds, unlike those found on models launched nowadays. The fork is made of Chromoly steel. Its size is 47 but it features a rather long top tube (54cm), which places it somewhere between size S and size M (my height is 178 and I've gotten along very well with its geometry).

The bike comes with all the original Deore XT components with which it was initially equipped, plus some extras which can be seen in the last picture (stem, crankset, integrated shifters, front/rear derailleurs, cantilever brakes, a Shimano FC-A070 crankset, a Microshift bar end shifter, and a pair of WTB Exposure 700 tires (semi-slick)).
