I bought the Tommasini frame in 2007 from its original owner. Then I searched and bought all the parts and built the bike to how it looks today.
I have ridden the bike for about 4000km. It was never ridden in the snow, rain or at a race. Never crashed either.
The bike has always been in our flat, but due to us downsizing it´s time to find a new owner for her.

Ich habe den Tommasini Rahmen 2007 von dem Originalbesitzer gekauft und danach alle Teile zusammen gesucht und selbst aufgebaut.
Das Rad habe ich insgesamt ca 4000km gefahren, nie bei Schnee oder Regen; Rennen bin ich nicht gefahren. Und einen Unfall habe ich damit auch nicht gehabt.
Das Fahrrad steht bei mir immer in der Wohnung. Jetzt muss meine Fahrradsammlung gedownsized werden und das Tommasini leider weichen.

I bought the frame exactly as it is today. With all the scratches and paint chips. I did try to contact Tommasini for an appraisal for my frame, but they never answered.
A service wouldn´t be a bad idea, for peace of mind. I rode the bike a couple of days and it rides like a dream.

Dinge die noch gemacht werden könnten:
Die Lack-Unschönheiten könnte man machen lassen, wenn man das perfekte Schönwetter /Cafe Rad oder vieleicht sogar ein Eroica Rad haben möchte. Ich habe damals den Rahmen so gekauft wie er ist, mit Lackplatzern und versuchter Ausbesserung. Ich habe dann bei Tommasini angefragt, ob eine Restauration in Frage kommt. Die haben mir aber leider nie geantwortet, und dann habe ich es so gelassen.
Wenn man absolut sicher sein möchte, dass man unbesorgt losfahren kann, könnte man einen Komplett- Service machen. Ich bin neulich mit dem Rad eine Runde gefahren und alles läuft tip top.
