DESCRIZIONE:
bici d’epoca rarissima, pochi esemplari al mondo, marca DBS modello “La Professionale” con gruppo Dura-Ace, anche esso molto raro perché negli anni 70 la Campagnolo la faceva da padrone e bici con lo Shimano Dura-Ace erano molto poche.

Misura 55x55 c/c

Ero di uno zio di mia moglie che abitava a San Miniato ed in suo possesso da molti anni.

. Leve, cambio, freni, guarnitura con corone, mozzi, pedali con gabbiette e cassetta pignoni 6v Dura-Ace anni 70’ (vds Foto)

. Manettini cambio e deragliatore anteriore Campagnolo Record

NOTA:

Il Dura-Ace Ax7300 è Il primo gruppo a essere stato testato da Shimano nella galleria del vento (l’apposizione AX infatti fa riferimento al concetto di aerodinamicità) è molto raro.

Come avveniva all’epoca alcuni componenti venivano mischiati come manettini e deragliatore.

DBS, IL BRAND NORVEGESE MADE BY DACCORDI

DBS, brand Norvegese in voga negli anni ’70 e 80, che mirando all’altissima qualità aveva scelto la produzione made in Italy - prodotte a San Miniato (PI) da Daccordi.

Le bici DBS erano per la maggior parte in acciaio e rappresentano un vero culto per i collezionisti, soprattutto norvegesi.

DBS sono le iniziali di Den Beste Sykkel, ovvero The best bike, la migliore bici. Da qui si può già capire la direzione aziendale. Si tratta di un’azienda storica, fondata addirittura nel 1892 da Jonas Oglaend, con base a Sandnes, città all’estremo Sud della Norvegia.

La catalogazione ed il nome delle bici richiamavano fortemente l’Italia.

I modelli di punta erano chiamati “La Professionale” (montava il gruppo top di gamma Dura-Ace di Shimano) e “La Migliore” (Montava il gruppo RECORD top di gamma di Campagnolo), ma esistevano anche “l’Internazionale”e altre.

Le bici DBS sono state prodotte con tubazioni Columbus. DBS sul finire degli anni ’90 è stata venduta.
