The panniers are in very good condition - only used on two multi-day rides and have no major scratches or marks. The original shoulder straps are included and still in original packaging.
The rack has cosmetic marks as a result of being used on the two trips but is not damaged. The adjustment key is included to ensure correct fitting to your bike. There are rubber pads on the rack that sit against the bike frame, one of them has a small bit missing but it does not affect performance at all.
