How does the shipping process work?
Shipping Bikes:

When will I get paid for selling my bike?
Once your bike is sold, the payment will be processed by our payment service provider, Adyen, and collected from the buyer. After the bike has been shipped and the buyer confirms delivery, no later than 48 hours after arrival, your payment will be available for transfer to your bank account with a single click. Be sure to verify your bank account to ensure a smooth payout process.
Is there a fee for selling a bike?
Creating an ad for your bike is always free!
When you sell your bike, a small seller protection fee will be deducted. The fee percentage varies depending on the country you're selling from, and it’s clearly displayed when you list your bike.

Can I choose the bike price?
Yes, of course. Based on your bike's model and condition, we'll suggest a selling price for you. This suggested price aims to help you sell within a few days. However, you can set your own price and adjust the selling price at any time in your profile.

Can I test ride a bike?
Yes, make sure the bike is the right fit for you by meeting the seller locally.
Here’s how:
- During checkout, select the Pick up yourself option.
- Once the seller accepts the sale, we’ll send you the seller's contact details.
- Schedule a time to meet for a test ride.
- If it’s not the right fit, simply decline the sale and receive an instant refund.

If your payment was declined, it could be due to various reasons. Daily transaction caps can prevent larger purchases, and banks may flag high-value payments as a precaution against fraud.
