After a lot of work, I managed to build a trail bike starting from an aluminum frame, stripping it of its paint and applying a matte clear coat.
Equipped with a complete new Shimano Deore 11-speed groupset and Shimano XT M8000 brakes.
New Sunringle wheels with Vittoria tires (the tires are from the old bike), set up tubeless with an Andreani insert in the rear.
New cables and housing, all bearings are new.
New Rockshox Lyrik 150mm fork.
New 120mm dropper post (it has a little play in the saddle, but it is brand new).
New rotors and brake pads; I used the bike once for a quick ride just to test...
