    Buyer Protection covers the cost for repair or return if the bike arrives damaged or significantly different than described. You have 2 days to submit your claim from the date of delivery.

You’ll receive your refund for the purchase price immediately after handover to the shipping company. We do not accept returns for the following: The bike size is correctly listed but doesn’t fit; the bike’s stated condition matches the signs of use on the frame and components; the bike’s delivery is delayed; the bike has visual defects that don’t pose a safety risk.

  • Repairs

    In certain cases, you’re entitled to repairs. If applicable, we’ll offer a discount for repairs by a service shop, or cash compensation. These include: Damage during transport; damage not evident in the sales ad; or the bike doesn’t match the ad's stated condition. Read our return policy

Bike purchased in June 2023, virtually no mileage, stands due to injury. Beautiful steel and lightweight frame in dark brocade green. The whole thing weighs 10kg. Compared to the factory specifications have been changed: Wheels - top Giant CXR2 carbon wheels with a 35mm taper and an inside width of 25. Weight about 1600g with milk; Vents - Chris King gold; Tires - Pirelli Cinturato Gravel Hard 40c; Handlebar - Ritchey Beacon 420mm with 36' flare; Wrap - Lizardskin gold; Crank disc - Garbaruk GXP Oval 40T; Cassette - Shimano XT M-8000 11-42; Price of upgrades alone - 1300€ The bike looks really great in person! I encourage you to watch and try it on.
