You’ll receive your refund for the purchase price immediately after handover to the shipping company. We do not accept returns for the following: The bike size is correctly listed but doesn’t fit; the bike’s stated condition matches the signs of use on the frame and components; the bike’s delivery is delayed; the bike has visual defects that don’t pose a safety risk.

  • Repairs

    In certain cases, you’re entitled to repairs. If applicable, we’ll offer a discount for repairs by a service shop, or cash compensation. These include: Damage during transport; damage not evident in the sales ad; or the bike doesn’t match the ad's stated condition. Read our return policy

Im selling as new downcountry/trail Santa Cruz Tallboy 4 cc frame 2023.
The bike was 5x ridden, I could not find any scratch/damage on the frame.
The frame kit was purchased in September 2023 and contains:
Santa Cruz Tallboy 4.0 CC frameset
1 x Fox Float DPS Factory Kashima shock
1 x DT Swiss thru axle.

The rest of the compements on the frame are half the season old, except for the Burgtec handle, grips stem,pedals are NEW.
