Hello, I'm selling my Forbidden Druid V1 2022 custom-built.
The bike is in very good condition; I finished assembling it at the beginning of the year, and it hasn't been ridden much.
So far, it's the best bike I've tested. It combines stability with fun really well while maintaining excellent anti-squat, making climbing super easy and not at all energy-consuming (plus, the bike is super light, 14.5 kg if I'm not mistaken).
Here's a quick bike check:
Frame: Forbidden Druid V1 2022 carbon XL (490 reach, similar size to an L from Commencal, for example)
Fork: Fox 36 Factory Kashima Grip 2 160mm
Shock: Fox Float X2 Performance, recently serviced (with a much larger volume than stock shocks to tackle more enduro and bike park trails for longer durations, and I chose the Performance version over the Kashima for its reliability)
Wheels: DT Swiss E 1900 29 inches (possible to convert the bike to mullet as I provide the Ziggy Link with the bike) (the wheels surprised me with their quality, a good mix of stiffness, suppleness, and most importantly, durability, which is all I ask for)
Shimano XT 4-piston brakes in the front for more progression and 2 in the rear for more bite (possible to switch to four in the rear by purchasing an additional caliper)
203mm Ice Tech discs front and rear
Tires: Maxxis XR5 in the rear and Maxxis DHF in the front
Neat carbon handlebar
Crankbrother Highline dropper seatpost
XT crankset, XT shifter, SLX derailleur
Fully covered with Invisiframe since purchase
Additionally, I've just changed the crank and bottom bracket to brand new SRAM GX T-type, although it's not visible in the pictures.
I think I haven't forgotten much; feel free to message me if you have any questions.
Best regards, Arthur
