We do not accept returns for the following: The bike size is correctly listed but doesn’t fit; the bike’s stated condition matches the signs of use on the frame and components; the bike’s delivery is delayed; the bike has visual defects that don’t pose a safety risk.

  • Repairs

    In certain cases, you’re entitled to repairs. If applicable, we’ll offer a discount for repairs by a service shop, or cash compensation. These include: Damage during transport; damage not evident in the sales ad; or the bike doesn’t match the ad's stated condition. Read our return policy

Note: Headshock needs rebuilding***

This bespoke machine was custom-built for me by the bike shop that sponsored me at one time. It was built in 2000 to a target weight of 18lbs. I’ve since made a few modifications to that original specification in the interest of comfort, so it may weigh in just over that today.

***The only outstanding service issue that I’m aware of is the Headshock needs either rebuilding (I’ve rebuilt it on a previous occasion) or a complete replacement. Please make sure you are very familiar with this component before you commit to purchasing this machine, otherwise it would not be ride worthy.
