  • Repairs

    In certain cases, you’re entitled to repairs. If applicable, we’ll offer a discount for repairs by a service shop, or cash compensation. These include: Damage during transport; damage not evident in the sales ad; or the bike doesn’t match the ad's stated condition. Read our return policy

The Karoo Hammerhead is included as part of the groupset bundle, and there is no option for exchange or substitution. The fork is the original factory length and needs to be sized to fit the rider's style. We highly recommend assembly by a professional mechanic.
