I have upgraded the following: Shimano XT 2 Piston Brakes Shimano XT Rear Derailleur (11 speed) Shimano XT Cassette (11 speed) Shimano Ice Tech Rotors Wolf Tooth Spacers and seat collar Crank Brothers Highline dropper post and lever Schwable Tires 26x4.4 Chris King Tubeless Valves Trail One Hells Gate grips One Up Carbon Handlebar Whiskey Stem Manitou Masradon Pro limited edition fork. Long travel. Bike has less than 200 miles on it, we have not gotten consistent snow since buying this bike. Pretty disappointing as I really do enjoy it. Pedals and seat are negotiable. Buyer pays shipping.
