    Buyer Protection covers the cost for repair or return if the bike arrives damaged or significantly different than described. You have 2 days to submit your claim from the date of delivery.

You’ll receive your refund for the purchase price immediately after handover to the shipping company. We do not accept returns for the following: The bike size is correctly listed but doesn’t fit; the bike’s stated condition matches the signs of use on the frame and components; the bike’s delivery is delayed; the bike has visual defects that don’t pose a safety risk.

  • Repairs

    In certain cases, you’re entitled to repairs. If applicable, we’ll offer a discount for repairs by a service shop, or cash compensation. These include: Damage during transport; damage not evident in the sales ad; or the bike doesn’t match the ad's stated condition. Read our return policy

The Dogma of the 10 series has won everything there is to win. As a rim brake model, it has pushed the boundaries for aerodynamics, comfort and stiffness.
The position on the K10 is sporty but, in contrast to the F10, somewhat toned down. The wider chainstays offer a little more damping and make the bike a perfect companion on long rides.
