The bicycle is new, bought on a whim and used only on one 15 km ride. It has not been used since. It even still has some factory plastics that haven't been removed.

The ride was done with the battery as it came from the factory, so it has practically no charge cycles: it hasn't even had one full charge.

I repeat: it is not "like new," it is new.

I have the purchase invoice dated March 3, 2026, so it is only 2 months old.
