The wheel is fully functional. Unfortunately, the brake track is slightly damaged and the paint on the hub is peeling off. However, neither of these impair its function. It is a tubular rim. The tire is worn down. I would leave it on for protection during shipping. The cassette is not for sale. Please contact me if you have any questions.
