There are only very small marks on the paint that can be seen in the photos; the frame has fully integrated cables except for the one for a potential dropper post. I bought the frame used but I don't have time to assemble it and I am sidelined due to an injury.
If you would like the fully integrated handlebar shown in the photo, with all its spacers, it is 80 euros extra.
