Brakes and possibly the shifting would need to be readjusted.

There are a few paint chips, all precisely documented in the photos and circled in blue. The exposed spots could be sealed with paint, and since it is an aluminum frame, it is currently not critical.
Additionally, the saddle would need to be replaced as the leather is slowly becoming porous.
