You’ll receive your refund for the purchase price immediately after handover to the shipping company. We do not accept returns for the following: The bike size is correctly listed but doesn’t fit; the bike’s stated condition matches the signs of use on the frame and components; the bike’s delivery is delayed; the bike has visual defects that don’t pose a safety risk.

  • Repairs

    In certain cases, you’re entitled to repairs. If applicable, we’ll offer a discount for repairs by a service shop, or cash compensation. These include: Damage during transport; damage not evident in the sales ad; or the bike doesn’t match the ad's stated condition. Read our return policy

Amazing trail bike built on the frame from amazing people from Sheffield, UK. I wish I didn’t have to sell this bike, but here we are. The bike has sensible spec, no electric BS and only proven, reliable components. It’s easy to clean and maintain thanks to accessibility of bearings and external cable routing. Cane Creek shock comes with all possible settings (LSC, LSR, HSC, HSR), while Pike fork in front works at its best thanks to Vorsprung Luftkappe upgrade.
