    If the size is incorrectly listed, or there’s safety-relevant frame damage (carbon, aluminum, steel), we’ll cancel the sale. You’ll receive your refund for the purchase price immediately after handover to the shipping company. We do not accept returns for the following: The bike size is correctly listed but doesn’t fit; the bike’s stated condition matches the signs of use on the frame and components; the bike’s delivery is delayed; the bike has visual defects that don’t pose a safety risk.

  • Repairs

    In certain cases, you’re entitled to repairs. If applicable, we’ll offer a discount for repairs by a service shop, or cash compensation. These include: Damage during transport; damage not evident in the sales ad; or the bike doesn’t match the ad's stated condition. Read our return policy

drivetrain was changed to SRAM Eagle gx. a larger brake disk was installed at the front. also variable 150mm seat post from Rockshox. the motor was recently serviced. several bearings were replaced, motor was regreased and resealed. now has 1 year warranty. (can be proven with invoice). Attention fork (Fox 36er 160mm) on the picture is not the original one, but can be purchased optionally (300€). was always maintained and kept in good condition by myself. unfortunately the paint on Focus is not as clearly abrasion-resistant as can be seen in the pictures. these are not scratches but abrasion from the shoes. (can theoretically be pasted over)
