We do not accept returns for the following: The bike size is correctly listed but doesn’t fit; the bike’s stated condition matches the signs of use on the frame and components; the bike’s delivery is delayed; the bike has visual defects that don’t pose a safety risk.

  • Repairs

    In certain cases, you’re entitled to repairs. If applicable, we’ll offer a discount for repairs by a service shop, or cash compensation. These include: Damage during transport; damage not evident in the sales ad; or the bike doesn’t match the ad's stated condition. Read our return policy

Hello,

This is a brand new Carbon Trail Bike bought from an authorized shop from Germany, it is packed in it's original Whyte box.

Of course, i have the invoice as proof of legal purchase.

I have only opened the box to reach the frame number and register it on Whyte's official website for extended warranty, before the registration deadline time would expire.

I did not change anything about it, only corrected the specs which Buycycle automatically introduced and weren't entirely precise.

This is the 2022 V2 model, you can easily find the specs on Whytebikes. de official website :)
