    If the size is incorrectly listed, or there’s safety-relevant frame damage (carbon, aluminum, steel), we’ll cancel the sale. You’ll receive your refund for the purchase price immediately after handover to the shipping company. We do not accept returns for the following: The bike size is correctly listed but doesn’t fit; the bike’s stated condition matches the signs of use on the frame and components; the bike’s delivery is delayed; the bike has visual defects that don’t pose a safety risk.

  • Repairs

    In certain cases, you’re entitled to repairs. If applicable, we’ll offer a discount for repairs by a service shop, or cash compensation. These include: Damage during transport; damage not evident in the sales ad; or the bike doesn’t match the ad's stated condition. Read our return policy

All parts marked as "new" have been exchanged from a new bike.
There is no possibility to buy components or frame separately - only as a complete bike.

As you can see, the frame has the usual signs of wear.

The fork and shock received a major service in 2023. The frame bearings were also replaced.
