The integrated and revamped Specialized 1.2 E motor is perfect for the Vado the quintessential city bike. The 1.2 E version has the same components as the 1.2 motor but the calibration optimizes efficiency. The Rx Street Tune assistance is adjusted appropriately for the city environment and reacts to the force you impart on the pedals. The more you push, the more power is delivered to restart from a standstill quickly. The belt drive is smooth silent and free from annoying vibrations.

For the Vado 3.0 we developed the dedicated Specialized U1-460 battery perfectly integrated into the frame lockable for safety and easily removable for easier charging. With this battery it provides plenty of range to go get a spritz at that nice new place across town.

The new wired Turbo Connect Display (TCD-w) is the best way to see your output data such as speed distance time battery level. The latest version of our free Mission Control app, available for iOS and Android, is even more intuitive in use and allows you to monitor power range make system diagnostics and record or upload routes.
