More details

Recumbent Road Racing Trike highly upgraded Catrike 700.

Boom: the part out front that holds the crankset is adjustable for anyone of any leg length. It has a pair of quick releases that allows the main front extended ”boom” tube to slide in or out be resecured. Chain length may to be adjusted if moved.

175mm carbon fiber cranks and chain rings, SL chain, ceramic bearings, oversized disc brakes with high heat pads, dual under the seat 2L hydration packs - with 85oz bladders, wind tunnel tested wheel covers - adds 1 1/2 mph per wheel at same power output it takes to ride at 20 mph without them!

Super low center of gravity. Tiny footprint through the atmosphere compared to an upright bicycle of any configuratio. Road bike riders can’t even draft this trike. The rear “bubble” or vacuum is too small!

Schwabe Pro One race tires corner like on rails and rolls forever. 10 cog cassette: 11-36 with 53 x 52 x 36 front rings, Shimano Road SPD pedals, phone holder hidden out of air stream behind front derailleur.

Includes CatEye Ampp 1100 headlamp with up to 21 hour burn time on a single charge and 2 rear CatEye ViZ 450 multi mode tail lamps with the same burn time as the headlamp and has modes similar to a police motorcycle pull over light pattern that teally gets rear approaching traffic’s attention!

Cadence sensor on left crank arm, stainless steel mini pump, patch kit, Park Tool tire levers, essential Allen wrenches, floor pump, chain guides are all T-Cycle sealed pulley units - no noisy chain tubes. Set 70 mph trike downhill record on Mt Baldy 10-5-24

This trike is much faster than any road bike on the flats and any kind of descent. I routinely chased down pelotons of road racing cyclist, made contact with the end of the group then flew down their side and right on down the road or trail as they went anerobic trying to save their pride of being dusted by an obviously older guy on a trike!

It’s also probably the most photographed recumbent trike ever made. It’s appeared in articles and e-zines all over the world since its creation.

The Rig is flawless!

I'm a former Bicycle Race Team Mechanic, bike frame and component designer and prototyper. I keep my machines in brand new condition.

It‘s a highly functional work of art And you’ll need to get use to getting a lot of attention while riding it as everyone is curious and intrigued by it.

The attention is a good thing because it causes rear approaching traffic to slow down or speed up if you’re riding faster than traffic to try to see what they have come upon.
