You’ll receive your refund for the purchase price immediately after handover to the shipping company. We do not accept returns for the following: The bike size is correctly listed but doesn’t fit; the bike’s stated condition matches the signs of use on the frame and components; the bike’s delivery is delayed; the bike has visual defects that don’t pose a safety risk.

  • Repairs

    In certain cases, you’re entitled to repairs. If applicable, we’ll offer a discount for repairs by a service shop, or cash compensation. These include: Damage during transport; damage not evident in the sales ad; or the bike doesn’t match the ad's stated condition. Read our return policy

Hi,

as I own too many bikes and can't ride them all I have to part with my 8Bar, the bike was custom built by me, the group has been ridden less than 300km. The tires are brand new.

For people who don't know the brand, they come from Berlin and are handmade in the EU.
