Methodology
In this study, buycycle analyzed search trends across popular ski towns in the U.S., using Google Search Volume data from October 1, 2023, to March 31, 2024, to identify the most sought-after winter destinations. Our list of locations was based on the Top 100 Ski Resorts in North America (skinorthamerica100). We examined the average monthly U.S. search volume for both town and skiing-related search queries, and we ranked the top 10 destinations accordingly. In the event of a tie, we gave priority to those with the best ratings on Google.
