Do you know buycycle? We are the leading marketplace for buying and selling pre-owned bikes. Not just any bikes - only beautiful performance bikes. Come and take a ride!

    1. Choose a neutral background

This helps buyers see your bike clearly and easily, without distractions. No people or animals should be in the frame.

your bike should be the sole star of your photos.

    2. Show different angles

One photo should show your whole bike from the side. Additional photos should show close-ups of the components and any damage, like dents or scratches.

your entire bike should be clearly visible
include pictures of the gearing, the brakes and the tires.

    3. Choose good lighting

Good light makes or breaks a photograph. If you shoot in daylight, try to have the sun behind you and avoid the harsh sunlight at noon. When shooting with artificial light, vary the positions of your light sources so that every component is well lit. Avoid harsh shadows.

    better lighting attracts buyers.

    4. Sharp and focused photos

Make sure your photos are sharp and in focus. Use a tripod if you have one. Photo quality matters!

sharp images show that you've got nothing to hide.

    5. No screenshots, no stock images

Please only use photos you took of your bike yourself. Our marketplace is for pre-owned bikes — buyers want to see the real deal.
