Axle support.
Use axle support for front and rear.
STEP 4: PACKING THE FRAME
Learn how to securely box the frame, and print labels for pickup.
Wrap and padding
Use bubble wrap to wrap the frame and make sure it’s secure in the box.
Protect bottom bracket
For road bike frames, protect the bottom bracket by placing a wheel protector underneath or using bubble wrap.
Protect headset
For mountain bikes, make sure the headset is protected when placing it in the box by using cardboard.
Packaging Do's & Don'ts:
No direct contact between frame, or components.
This can cause scratches. Add extra padding between wheels and frame. This is the most common damage seen during shipping so the more protection the better.
Protect the fork and rear triangle from pressure and compression.
Avoid bulky or modified boxes — no parts should stick out.
Do not alter the box.
If your bike doesn’t fit, contact our support instead of modifying the packaging.
Important Reminders:
Correct packaging prevents transport damage and ensures your payout is not delayed.
You are required to upload pictures of the packaging process to get the shipping label. Take at least 3 photos of the unpacked order next to the packaging material and 3 photos of the packed order.
