Hi, if it really is the "9.9", it should have according to Focus website completely Dura Ace. I can see here everywhere only Ultegra.

Can you please still tell me your size and stride length for this saddle setting, as well as the weight of the wheel without attachments such as pedals, etc. (and without saddle? Thank you!
