Further Information

Well maintained, always maintained and serviced Canyon Aeroad CF SLX size XL (I am 1.88 tall and have the saddle height 82, on which the wheel is perfectly adjusted). Geometry data for the frame can be found on the net.

Still one of the fastest and lightest aero road bikes. I brought it to 7.5 kg with a few modifications compared to the picture (Tubolitos, light saddle, light pedals).

The bike was bought out of a job bike contract by me in 2017 and was virtually not ridden until then. I have then 2019 the Reynolds Strike wheels bought new in addition and driven in alternation with the "old" Cosmic.


Reynolds Strike 60 mm full carbon high profile rims, completely unproblematic wheels, run like the first day without rough bearings, without significant side or vertical impacts, very good braking effect with the blue Cryo brake pads (have never tried others). Brake flanks also in very good condition.

Saddle Fizik Arione (can be exchanged for a completely black Arione on request).

The wear parts such as cables, sleeves, chain, shift rollers, cassette, chainrings were all regularly replaced, absolutely no maintenance backlog!

The wheel has of course a few signs of use, Krätzerchen, a repaired stone chip on the bottom bracket, but all without substantial impact. I have never crashed or had an accident with the bike.

Accessories: Several pairs of used but still good usable Cryo brake pads, Garmin holder (self-built), spacers, seat clamp for oval seat tubes.
