The bike is in overall great condition, with minor issues, see below. I bought this frame in 2011 in NY from a cycling club. I raced it for 2 years, then did two years of triathlons after that. I never crashed. Over the years I slowly upgraded the components to Ultegra SL, starting with the brifters and ending with the crank and chainrings. It has been stored covered hanging in a garage for about 13 years.
