Shoe in size 45 (I usually run in 44 2/3) It has superb cushioning, it is ideal for beginners and intermediate runners. It is a jogging shoe, therefore not very dynamic. I ran 7.5km, in view of my feeling it is a shoe that can accompany you on long outings, jogging, threshold, but which will lack dynamism for VMA or pure speed. I am selling the shoe because it has too much cushioning for me and I like to feel the road under my feet when I run.
