- replaced drivetrain cables and housings
- replaced front tire (Maxxis Ikon, 29x2.20, 3C MaxxSpeed, EXO, Tubeless Ready, 120 TPI worth €50, rear is still at 80%)
- replaced rear brake pads
- reinstalled original CUBE set (seatpost, saddle, handlebar, stem) because I was using my own
