Both pedals are included, but power is only transmitted from the left one. Very suitable for training unless you are recovering from an injury. In that case, you need to know exactly how much each leg is working so as not to overload the healthy one. That is the reason I am selling them. I have bought ones with power measurement in both legs. Cleats are not included.
