bike is over all in good conditions, it has been sitting in my garage for over 3 years now. the major defect is the scratch on the break level group. it doesn't effect the breaking or the shifting, in fact the shifting is still very good. the frame has very minor scratch from normal handling, common for the bike of this age, and the forks stems show very minimal specks of rust. Other than these few esthetics issues the bike is in good working conditions. in addition the bike comes with a topeak bike rack, pedals and saddle are included
