The bike features mostly original parts/spec; the cockpit was upgraded to a one-piece carbon handlebar/stem. The bike was freshly serviced; the drivetrain was degreased and lubed, the brakes were bled and aligned, and the entire bike was wiped and cleaned.

Size 56cm should fit similarly to most other bikes in size 56cm or M/L or L. Trek recommends a rider height of 5'9" - 5'11" with an inseam of 32"-33".
