The bike has always been serviced by my trusted mechanic. This year, the bearings were greased, and the brake pads, chain, and front chainring were replaced (changed from 34 to 32, which I am including as a gift to the buyer). Additionally, a full service of the front fork was performed due to issues with the lockout (it now works perfectly, locking both). The entire bike is wrapped in protective film and has zero scratches.
