This is a UCI continental team Ljubljana Gusto Santic's men cycling team rain jacket.

Worn a few times, still like new. The jacket is made of a windstopper material with fleece inner layer to add more warmth. Ideal for cooler / colder months and easy to intermediate rides - softshell membrane is not as breathable as normal jersey material without membrane so maybe this jacket is not the best for all out efforts, but this is the same with any other. It has decent rain protection, but it is not an all-out rain jacket for sustained rain.
