2014 21" (53.5 cm), large Gary Fisher Superfly Competition G2 geometry carbon hardtail with several upgrades. The bike was a top-of-the-line Gary Fisher Collection hardtail (I bought the bike from Summit in Los Gatos/San Jose for $3,499 in 2014). I added an Ascend dropper post, Shimano hydraulic disc brakes, a new cassette (11-36), tires (obviously), and Crankbrother flats. The 2 by 10 drivetrain has Sram X9 shifters, Sram X9 rear, Sram X7 front derailleur, Truvativ chainrings (38/24), and TruVativ X9 cranks. While it has some sratches, it is mechanically in great shape and well-maintained by a local mechanic (carbon frame and fork look great). The fork is a Fox Competition Series Float 29. The wheels are Bontrager Mustang 29 (tubeless ready) with Michelin Force AM2 2.40 (with tubes). The cockpit consists of a Bontrager Race Lite stem (Cane Creek) and Bontrager Race Lite handlebar.
