This has been my primary trail bike since I bought it in January 2018. It’s been well maintained, though it shows plenty of cosmetic blemishes such as oxidation on the stem bolts, scrapes and nicks on rear triangle, and scuffs on the cranks arms. It’s an older bike, but it offers a lot of value and capability for someone looking to get into a short-travel trail / cross-country bike. Its recent service life includes maintenance on the dropper post as well as a rear brake bleed and new pads. The tires are relatively new: Maxxis Ardent 2.4” tires in a tubeless configuration added last fall. The original Specialized rear hub was swapped with an i9 Hydra. The original wheel set was replaced in 2023 with a Roval Traverse Carbon set as part of a warranty repair. The original SRAM GX Eagle derailleur and chain have been swapped for an Eagle X01 derailleur and chain. The cassette and shifter remain GX Eagle. I’m including a spare used X01 shifter and spare X01 derailleur that came off one of my other bikes after an AXS upgrade. The original SRAM LeveL TL brakes have been replaced with Shimano Deore brakes. The bike also includes the SWAT multi tool stored in front of the rear shock and the SWAT spare tube wrap stored in the down tube.
