Seller description
Basically brand new State Bicycle Black Label v3 w/ Rally Livery. Used it for some commuting. Less than 400 miles ridden on it. Replaced stock saddle with a Giant contact saddle. SPD-SL pedals (willing to reduce price if you don't want the pedals). Black scratches on the inside lower left chainstay due to wheel contact with frame (picture attached of damage). Added chain tensioners to hold wheel in place.
