I've upgraded the wheels, the stem, the handlebar, and the seat. I've replaced the rear brake, the crankset, brake/derailer cables, and chain as they've started to show wear.
It's never been crashed but it's been dropped and traveled a lot, and has some dings and scratches due to it.
The chain is recently waxed, if you're into that...
This bike finds the happy place between comfort and speed. I love this bike, it's never let me down. Hopefully you enjoy it as much as I have.
