THE BIKE HAS MANY SCRATCHES AND SCUFFS PRACTICALLY ALL OVER THE FRAME. THE FRAME IS OF COURSE NOT CRACKED ANYWHERE. AS FOR THE COMPONENTS, THEY ARE PRACTICALLY NEW. I WOULD RATE THE CONDITION OF THE REAR TIRE AT ABOUT 40% AND THE FRONT AT 85%. IT IS POSSIBLE THAT THEY WILL BE CHANGED BY THE TIME OF PURCHASE. THE BIKE IS CERTAINLY NOT TREATED GENTLY; IT ACTUALLY TAKES A SERIOUS BEATING, BUT THAT IS WHAT IT WAS CREATED FOR AND IT PERFORMS PERFECTLY. ALL THE COMPONENTS I HAVE CHANGED ARE TOP-SHELF, HENCE THE PRICE.
